  Ok

  Liked: Location

Disliked: I was confused because I received a private message saying that check-in was from 3:00 PM, even though the website stated 2:00 PM. I had to go and get a coffee while waiting. I decided to call to double-check, and they confirmed that check-in was indeed from 2:00 PM.

Liked: The look of the room is good, has a fancy way to open the roomdoor

Disliked: Dirty and unwashed coffee cup with a teaspoon in it, no staff around after 18:00, called the staff by the phone at the reception desk and the response was lukewarm, pressex the head of shampoo/showergel bottle and the whole thing fell off to the ground - super dangerous, the bed was old and not very comfortable

Liked: Easy check-in/out, very clean, quiet.

Disliked: Registration process took multiple mails (5-6) including 3 payment mail, and 3 mails for authentication. It would be nice if this could be streamlined, perhaps.
