  Tourist trap

Liked: Location only, bathroom was good

Disliked: This is not a 4 star hotel. Tourist trap, no lift when you arrive with nags and the steps were very steep and not in good condition. Windows very old and very very noisy room. I usually do not leave negative reviews but its very very iverpriced for the conditions offered

  Disappointing

Liked: Location was ok for exploring Maastricht. Bathroom was clean.

Disliked: Room in need of attention. Tired wallpaper, stains on the wall. Definitely needed redecorating. We were in a separate building next to the main hotel, on the first floor, no lift. At times it was noisy especially first thing in the morning with doors banging.

  Great value and location

Liked: Excellent location and friendly staff.

Disliked: It wasn't an issue, but our particular ground room window was directly on an outside table seating area, which people did sit at, so not very private.
