  Good location on the river

Liked: Dogs welcome (at an additional cost). Close to city center. Parking underground (additional 22eur). Room had amenities like soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee and tea. Comfortable enough.

Disliked: Room could be a bit more comfortable, little dirty. Couch had a stain on it and coffee cup was broken. Seemed warm also. Its quite expensive for a dog per night. Parking should be discounted.

Pleasant stay as always. The hotel is starting to feel a bit tired and could do with modernising

Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful.

Disliked: I've stayed there a lot over the last 10 years, but it is now starting to look and feel a bit tired. The rooms have enormous televisions (ours was in the middle of the room and frankly it was in the way most of the time) that have dozens of channels but over half of them were unavailable i.e. all the BBC most of the news and while it offers Netflix you have to use your own account - assuming you have one that is. I was able to watch Al Jazeera... Things have slipped, glass cabinets in public areas that clearly hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Where flowers were 2 years ago are now just empty plinths. It just felt unloved.
