  Disappointing - I’d rather have stayed centrally. There are better comparably priced alternatives

  Liked: Comfy enough bed.

  Disliked: I arrived at 21.20 and the kitchen was shut at 21.00. For a supposedly high class hotel this was surprising and annoying. The light in my bathroom was faulty and it couldn’t be fixed cos the technician had also gone.

  Good value stay just outside Maastricht

  Liked: Good value and comfortable room with easy parking. Staff all friendly, courteous and helpful.

  Disliked: Bizzare that the main hotel restaurant kitchen was closed by 9pm, at least 10-10:30 pm to allow guest arriving the the chance to eat. Nothing really available otherwise nearby. TV in the room but many channels not working

  Can't be called a "4-star hotel"

  Liked: The staff was helpful

  Disliked: 1. I reserved a room with large bed. What I got was 2 beds. Apparently what I reserved wasn't available 2. The air condition didn't work in my room. I had to ask to switch rooms 3. The WiFi didn't work in the room. The staff wasn't able to fix that, so I had to go down to the lobby in order to use my laptop.
