  Charming place but not for business trips

  Liked: The location was very good and the building had a nice charm. The bathroom was nice.

  Disliked: The shower water wasn't draining well. The WIFI didn't work so well (connecting and disconnecting). The bed was really uncomfortable (very soft and full of lumps). One day the cleaners forgot to do my room, but the owner of the hotel was nice afterwards and made a small discount in my final bill. They had a living room area, but the bar was never open, I guess it was only for the breakfast time. Before 9:00 and after 18:00hrs was nobody working onsite that you could speak with.

  Great location, with spacious and comfortable bedroom

  Liked: Location great. Hotel decor and bedroom lovely, good size, spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Some English channels! Maastricht is a lovely city.

  Disliked: I’d prefer kettle in my room for tea/ coffee. Bar closes by 8pm.

  If you like a small, cousy, personal hotel, book this

  Liked: Personal small hotel with charming furnishing. Nice rooms, ecspecillay top floor

  Liked: The staff were excellent and happy. They seemed to enjoy their job. The hotel is a bit on the quirky side but that seemed to work in their favour.

  Disliked: The hotel is in a back street. Even though it was very central, it was a little hard to find

  Spacious room in stylish place in the inner city

  Liked: Location is great. Warm reception. Nice style. Old characteristic building. Big room.

  Disliked: Unfortunately they couldn’t give us requested double bed. If you offer an option to configure room, don’t tell later that it’s only by availability. Cleaning could be better but it’s ok. Showr booth needs updrade.
