Liked: From the minute we arrived we knew this was going to be a good experience. The staff are welcoming, efficient and basically can't do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel has only been open 2 months (December '25) so is immaculate, and our room was incredible. The break-out areas on the ground floor and also the restaurant/bar are as cool as you'd expect from a hotel like this.

Liked: My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in 12/2025 to visit the Christmas markets. We loved this hotel! It has only been open for 2 months so it is completely updated. Our room was spacious and spotless. Maybe we were the first to ever stay in the room?? The bathroom was amazing - rainfall shower! Our breakfast each morning had a wonderful selection (I am vegetarian). The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is really ideal for shopping, restaurants and fairly close access to the train station. We had no complaints! This hotel is a fabulous option in Maastricht!
