  Disliked: The bed bugs were the first indication that the room was not up to scratch, pardon the pun. The whole setup was very distressing. There was no proper check in. There was no lift. OK I will grant them that With the Andre Rieu concert taking place they were quite busy. But at the price charged I would have expected at the very least a bed bug free experience. I think booking.com have a responsibility to their customer's to make sure that companies offering a service on their website are up to a reasonable standard of quality. We booked in on Saturday 4th July and we cancelled our stay within minutes.

  The hotel is in a great spot but needs a refresh

Please note that the hotel does not have a lift. The rooms are divided over 4 floors and can only be reached by stairs, which can be quite steep.

Please note that children under 2 years can stay free of charge when using their own baby cot.

Please note that public parking is possible at Q-park Vrijthof for EUR 35 per day. At 10 minutes walking distance guests can also park for EUR 8 per day.

Please note that check-in is possible 20:00 hrs. Check-in past 20:00 hrs is not possible.
