Liked: Great location, spacious and comfortable

Disliked: The spiral staircase was very steep and rickety. It had no light for using it at night unless you turned on all the lights. This would wake up the others. Also it was low and my husband hit his head going down. A safety concern.

Liked: The staff is outstanding! Kind, helpful, professional. Definitely go 'above and beyond'!!

Disliked: This is an old European hotel so the floors are a bit creaky, but that's part of the charm.
