  Irresponsible Owner – Double Booking

Disliked: We unfortunately experienced a problem with the booking. It seems that the owner had confirmed two reservations for the same time, and we were not informed in advance. When we arrived, we were unable to access the property. We tried to contact the owner many times we called and sent messages, but unfortunately did not receive any response at the time. As a result, we were left without accommodation after driving 3 hours, and we were unable to find an alternative, so we had to return home. This was especially disappointing for us, as we had planned this trip to celebrate an important occasion and had been really looking forward to it. At the end, after about 5 hours, the owner finally contacted us and apologized, but by then our plans had already been disrupted. The owner also offered a discount for a future stay, which we appreciate as a gesture. However, given this experience, we would not feel comfortable booking here again. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. I would recommend future guests to double-check their booking in advance to avoid any potential misunderstandings.

Liked: It was the perfect house for 6 friends, a wide garden with a nice swimming pool, and a considerable owner. We enjoyed our stay
