  Liked: The room was very spacious and nice, the staff was also very friendly and we appreciated the availability for coffee and tea.

  Liked: Clean and concierge very nice

  Disliked: Beds uncomfortable, our room wasn’t cleaned as no frash towels 2 days in a row. With no offer of any compensation of any kind

  Liked: The location was great.

  Disliked: The toiled clogged every time. It was very cold, even though the heating was on at 23 degrees. It doesn't seem that the heating system works well. The clothes hangers were damaged and had external nails - great way to damage your clothes. How difficult is it for a 4 star hotel to replace the damaged ones?
