  Nice appartment

Liked: located near the station in the city center. Everything there you need, a big and cosy bed. The parking however is somewhere else in town so you have to walk a bit to get from the garage to the appartment.

Disliked: there is no door between the bathroom and the sleeping room and the living room. The landlord lady, however, instantly threatened to kick us out when we smoke in the apartment. I understand that it is not allowed and I agreed on it immediately but she just kept on yelling at me from outside the window. I think she has no manners as this was surely not appropriate towards a guest.

  Room for improvement

Liked: The decorations are cute. A fridge to put our food in. Few minutes to the train station.

Disliked: The host's communication style presents opportunities for improvement. Initially, the interaction was somewhat disengaged, and it subsequently escalated to a highly unfavorable tone. I understand hosts have rules, but the delivery could be better. At the end of the day we are guests paying to stay at a peaceful location. Unfortunately, it wasn't peaceful and it was very cold. Based on the images, I had anticipated renting the larger apartment, but I received the smaller unit. For future clarity, I recommend categorizing images by price or unit name to clearly indicate what guests are renting. I don't know who lives upstairs, but they were very loud during our stay. They were inconsiderate about others living downstairs. Free Parking space is 15 to 20 minutes away. During a storm/rain week that's very inconvenient. Especially considering we are only there to attend events in Amsterdam, it's stressful to walk back and forth to that parking spot during a storm.

Quiet place at the center of Zandvoort

Liked: Located at a central place, just 5 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the beach and few minutes from restaurants and shops.

Disliked: Would be nice to have few cups of coffee and teabags at arrival. Bed matrasses where dented and could be replaced.
