  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Supposed to be in the renovated bungalow. If so that was 10 years ago. Very much in need of another one. Gardes portly mainted as well. Restaurant poor quality for the price

  Liked: Great location, 10mins into Zandvoort and from the train station. Well stocked supermarket at reasonable prices. Accommodation was spacious. Lots of outside activities to do.

  Disliked: No air conditioning in any accommodation options. Became extremely hot and uncomfortable even with our windows and doors open all day and evening. Also as accommodation was close to the lake we had a lot of bugs and mosquitoes come in and weren't able to close the windows to keep them out because of the heat. Bathroom and toilet room had no windows. Both were small rooms so got hot and smelly quickly. The mattress was very thin and only one pillow for each bed. No plug sockets near the mirror and vanity unit. Had two coffee machines and one kettle in the kitchen but no tea/coffee. No instructions on how to work the oven and microwave. Was hoping for one or two pubs/bars to watch the football but only a few restaurants on site which closed fairly early.

  Great price, great ‘short walk’ to most locations. Plenty of stock to hire if needed, bikes, e-bikes, golf carts etc

  Liked: Quick walk to the beach. Great price. Great facilities, pool, restaurants. We were kidless but may bring them back sometime! Beds were surprisingly comfy

  Disliked: Toilet was a pretty small space, had a really tall person staying, and knees didn’t really fit with the door closed! Stairs were quite steep, but obviously necessary, kids be careful.

  Not good value for the money, there are better options in Zandvoort

  Liked: Location to the town square, beach and Luminosity Beach Festival.

  Disliked: Property is not clean and the reason why- is that guests are expected to clean after themselves. Meaning, at the reception, they ask you for your information, even tho you already did online check in, and then ask you to sign some documents, without any mention of their own rules. And rules are, take trash out, wash the dishes, remove the sheets and bring them outside. If you fail to do any or they think you left property not clean enough, they can charge you with extra fee. Ofcourse, this is not mentioned at the Booking page and you have no idea about this, unless you read forms you’ve signed. Also, they provided dirty towels, dirty sheets and some extra sheets were found in storage room in “safety” box which is full of mice shit. They provide you with 1 roll of toilet paper, for 6 people, when you ask if someone can drive your luggage to the house - not an option, also after certain time, you can’t rent golf cart either.
