  Worse hotel ever!!! Promised refund not made till today - SCAM!!

  Liked: The hotel was terrible. The only good thing was the size of the bathroom

  Disliked: Everything was terrible. I booked two nights with my kids and checked out after the first night. The lady at the reception promised me a refund for the second night and I haven't received anything till today. I contacted booking.com several times and the incompetent support only offers words of comfort and nothing more The fridge was not working, the TV didn't work. The bedroom had no door an all the noise in the corridor could be heard loudly. loud squeaking noises from the old wooden floor when walking. the toilet had no sink. It was the worse hotel I have ever stayed. I need my refund for the night I didn't stay.

  Do not prepay this hotel!

  Liked: We found a much better hotel

  Disliked: If you want to use this hotel - make certain you do not prepay the room - check out the room before you pay. We had booked (and unfortunately prepaid for) an apartment. When we got to the hotel, they did not have the booked appartement but showed us another and much smaller room. However, this room smelled horribly like an ash tray from the smoking that had been done in the room – despite it being a non-smoking room (we had booked a non-smooking room). We asked for another room. They did not have any. We asked for our money back since they couldn't deliver their part of the deal. They told us they would give us half our money. But we didn’t even get that. We found somewhere else to stay. The hotel kept all our money – for nothing. We have used Booking.com in many countries and hotels for many years and have always been satisfied. This is the first time we have been treated with such disdain Ps. we asked Booking.com customer service for help with the situation. We got sympathy - but nothing else. We were not impressed....

  Liked: It is a nice little hotel in the center of the city. Very peaceful place with a lot of light.You are only 2 minutes from the beach.It is well equipped and has a lot of place. I definitely recommend 🌴🌷☀️⛱️🧳
