Exceptional
Fantastic, spotless apartment near the beach in Zandvoort with the best host!
Liked: Maurice could not have been more helpful or kind. He personally picked up my husband, my daughter, and myself from the Zandvoort train station, in a rain storm, and made two trips to drive our luggage, then ourselves, to the apartment. He was so kind and helpful. We didn't realize it was the weekend of the Dutch Grand Prix when we booked (silly us) and this meant transportation and logistics were quite difficult in the small city of Zandvoort. Maurice went out of his way to help us plan getting to the city, including purchasing a car pass for us, in case we were to take a car (this was required for entry into the city limits due to the race). We ended up taking the train from Amsterdam, so Maurice kindly offered to pick us up. He also left us a lovely bottle of wine, a lollipop for our daughter, and checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. He also offered many lovely recommendations of things to do, and offered to drive us back to the train upon checkout. We ended up calling a taxi service because we felt badly inconveniencing him again! Maurice was just lovely, and the place was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the beach as well as town/restaurants/shopping. We would certainly stay here gain.

Might be the best place to stay in Zandvoort
Liked: The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The location is perfect, the place is quiet, but everything you need is in walking distance. The owner is friendly and helpful, he genuinely wants you to enjoy your vacation. We hope to return one day!
Superb
Liked: Very nice host, he was easily reachable via phone or mail and gave us the key personally as well as showed us the place. He also retrieved the key personally when we left. The place was clean, the bath was good (toilet and nice showet) and there was a great possibility to get fresh air in when it cooled down in the evening. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need. Beds were comfy, and the couch was super comfy despite the size. Totally enough for two people. A third bed is upstairs, but the ceiling is very low there, so we chose to sleep downstairs.
Disliked: TV is a bit tricky regarding its connection to the wlan, and we couldn't connect our devices to it. That didn't matter though, we just watched Netflix on our tablet. Youtube worked on the TV when it is connected to wlan. There are some German channels available, too.
It was a wonderful stay. Would definitely come back:)

Liked: We particularly liked Maurice's hospitality, the accommodation itself is super cute and cozy, have everything you need and is near by the sea. We can only recommend it!:)

Liked: Clean comforter near the beach Marius really nice and helpful and some snacks welcoming and really quiet area! Lots of information where and what not to missing:) sitting are outside
