Exceptional
Disliked: The host did not provide the key box code, did not show up for check-in, and did not respond to Booking.com chat, WhatsApp calls/messages, and phone calls. I had to contact my relatives in Canada so they could reach Booking.com support on my behalf. I was left standing outside two hours before sunset in cold, windy weather while trying to find alternatives, with no information from the host. This situation was extremely stressful and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property due to the complete lack of communication and failed check-in process.
We will come back!
Liked: We stayed for a few nights in july and it was great! We had a warm welcome, a very clean apartment with modern furniture and had a great time. The walk to the beach is short and simple and makes the apartment perfect for a trip to zandvoort! We'll come back anytime!:)
