Host - big let down. Property- very pretty

Liked: The place was very comfortable and nice.

Disliked: The host!! The google map took us to the wrong location. When i called, I asked if the place was an apartment, house or more like a villa. She said, its an apartment, a house, villa....... very misleading. The property is "a house". We asked if we can go straight to the place as it was around 3pm, and she did not allow us to check-in before 4pm even though she sent the keylock code. We arrived at 3.45pm. The sheets were on the floor, meaning that 15minutes before checkin, the place was still being done. We went back at 5pm giving them over an hour and they didnt leave the keys in the lock key box... they said someone will come in 5 minutes but left us outside the door for ONE HOUR in the heat with us calling them complaining over and over asking abt the key. We told them we want a refund as we're going to book elsewhere, but she kept saying that she had to ask her boss. We ended up waiting for the key and staying as we didnt want to risk losing our money. 😔

  Excellent apartment and location

Liked: Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Very close to bars and restaurants and harbour but not noisy at all. The roof terrace was fabulous and all in all we had a great stay.

Disliked: We had to report that the toilet was leaking 3 times during our 5 night stay. Someone came to repair it each time but it was never properly fixed before we left. But this was a small issue that would not put us off booking again as everything else was great.
