Fabulous
Ok
Liked: Location
Disliked: Tatty,needed renovation
Super relaxed location away from the tourist areas
Liked: Great location. Rooftop is amazing!
Disliked: A couple of minor improvements have been made to the manager.
Pleasant hosts, comfortable spacious apartment
Liked: Very accommodating meeting us on Sunday instead of Saturday when we decided to go a day later. The apartment seemed much more spacious than previous one bed room apartments and super comfy bed. Especially liked the private rooftop terrace with a sea view. Only ventured to the local restaurant Helders on the last night - wish we'd tried it sooner!
Very relaxing and comfortable
Liked: Very comfortable and well-equipped. Spacious accommodations. Felt like a home away from home! Walking distance to beach, restaurants and grocery stores.
Disliked: A non-stick fry pan could go a long way in the kitchen.
We had a very enjoyable holiday without any problems

Very good
Liked: Harald, our host, was very helpful. The apartment was well equipped and in a great location, close to a lovely beach and about 3km from Carvoeiro. You can walk into the village along the road or via the cliffs. There is a small supermarket close by along with some bars and restaurants.
Disliked: There are no curtains in the apartment. It could do with a pair in the bedroom as it faces east, so you have to put the outside shutter down at night so as not to be woken up at sunrise in the morning. The furniture on the roof terrace could do with a little tlc.
