  A beautiful, family friendly Algarve getaway

  Liked: Beautifully maintained in a perfect location right in the middle of so much activity yet it felt super peaceful and private. Thoughtfully appointed and comfortable, we had everything we needed!

  Very nice property with lovely views and easy access to bars and restaurants

  Liked: Well positioned with views over the sea

  Disliked: Ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Some lights didn’t work. Could have done with things like washing soap for the washing machine and some black pepper in the kitchen.

  Great Stay in Benagil

  Liked: The house is beautiful. The location is even more excellent. The first night we came on a taxi, we almost thought it was a mistake as it was low season and most restaurants were closed but turned out O Algar restaurant is still open until late even in low season. It was reasonable pricing, staff were very nice there. Uber and taxis are also operational in this area. Uber is half priced of taxi. The Benagil beach is a few steps down via the famous Trail of the Seven Hanging Valleys, which is accessible from the 2 back corners of Terracos de Benagil (no need to take on the car road). From the beach you can swim or rent a kayak to get to the famous Bengil Cave just very close. We also took a quick Uber trip to Portimao and took a tour on the Pirateship, very interesting trip. Mr Floris, Kim and Olga were all very helpful and responsive. In all, it was a great stay. We plan to return next year.

  Disliked: Just remember to keep the door closed to keep the flies out.

  A gem immerse in the natural beauty of Algarve
