My Diarrhea ruined my stay!
Liked: Lucky enough to end up with the Latvian master, Kosta...A drunk very loud tourist that crashed into fights with unforgettable style...Good big noise all nights long handling just off several bottles of wine...A joyful drunk huge snoring man bringing life onto a very boring place..What a fantastic guy! Such a pleasure to meet him...Vodka/wine oxygen all around...!!
Disliked: A part of that, despite the hostel toilet being placed just into the kitchen area I also have to say that the nearby garden became my open air personal toilet as I had hit by a terrible diarrhea since I got step into this hostel..This time would had been a crucial choice to get a bottle of wine instead of the hostel tap water though...!!
Location near airport,but very quiet place
Liked: I loved the location, near the airport and very quiet
Liked: I've stayed in this hostel on numerous occasions and always found it to be excellent in every way in a lovely neighbourhood and very close to the airport. It was always well maintained with a beautiful back garden and hospitable staff. I'm sorry to see that it is not available for bookings any more. I will miss staying there!

Liked: The hostel is kept clean at all times. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location being close to the airport and the University made it very ideal for me.

Liked: The location was nice, close to the airport and not too far away from the city centre either. The staff member (Erik?) who checked me in was very professional and super nice, and did a great job at fixing certain mistakes made by other people. Amazing customer service on his behalf, nothing bad to say about his work. The Finnish volunteer was also excellent. Lovely view from the balcony as well.
Disliked: Some of the volunteers should probably reconsider their choices and mindsets a little bit. When someone almost gets assaulted, ”do you want to change your room?” isn’t exactly the appropriate thing to give as an only response. The longer term employee did his best to deal with the situation later on when he came to work, but when the person in charge at that specific moment hasn’t asked for ANY details or information, or done anything to make sure there’s consequences, it’s really impossible for others to do anything about this thing later on, when they have barely been given any information. Erik(?) did a brilliant job but what comes to the volunteer, it was a bit difficult to feel safe as a woman for a while, when it felt like nothing was taken seriously at first.
