Exceptional
Great place and João was an excellent host. Met us at the property and gave us a tutorial of the place
Liked: Beautiful home, lots of room. Loved the pool. Loved the excellent parking availability.
Disliked: The front door key, really difficult to open the front door and we never really got the hang of it.
Liked: Very spacious house. Close to shopping and restaurants. About 20 minutes walk into the old town and 10 minutes bolt ride to airport. All bedrooms had ensuite and swimming pool was great. Host was great. Met us early to check in and show us round. Highly recommended.
Amazing holiday, loads of memories made. Would recommend to others
Liked: We had requested an early check in due to the flights we had booked. The host was very accommodating and honest. Said that we were unable to check in when we arrived, as there had been someone checking out the same day, but we could leave our luggage there whilst the house was getting cleaned for us. Said would message us when the house was ready and within 2 hours, was told we could go and collect the keys. We had a couple of issues / enquiries throughout our stay, and we messaged the host and again was very happy to assist us with things promptly. Although the host didn’t speak very good English, we managed to communicate well through WhatsApp translate easy enough. The location was great, only 10 mins from faro airport, 5 mins walk to large shopping centre and supermarkets, 20-25 mins walk to harbour and old town. Swimming pool could have been slightly bigger for our family size, but we all enjoyed it. Size of villa is unbelievable spacious.
Disliked: The kitchen facilities could have been better. We struggled to cook meals in the oven due to only having one shelf rack and one cooking tray. The electricity supply needs updating, as when aircon units and kitchen appliances were on together, it would trip the whole electric out to the whole villa. (We were informed of this when we arrived, but even so, it was quite inconvenient to us) The property didn’t offer a vacuum cleaner. There was a sweeping brush and a dustpan, but due to the size of property, it was impossible to keep clean during our stay. Please don’t be put off by these comments, as the villa was amazing, it’s just our honest review for the host to improve for the next guests.

Liked: Location, size, amenities. Only 15 min walk to city centre and 10 to large shopping centre. Host was amazing. Always available and very nice
Disliked: Some minor items like a trip switch issue. Otherwise no real issues

Liked: House is amazing. So clean and neat. Pool is brilliant and it's so close to everything, shops, bars, restaurants and Town. 4 big bedrooms with ensuite.
Liked: Very nice, comfortable house, very well equipped, great host, pool was fantastic, easy walk to the supermarket other shopping and food. Only about a mile to the downtown area. Very very convenient. Really nice neighborhood.
