Fabulous
Liked: Room smelled so nice when I entered, everything was very clean and quiet. I also liked the common kitchen. It was really simple to check in!
Initially had a noisy room but was moved to a quieter room immediately …..very happy with my stay. Thank you
Liked: Cleanliness Location Excellent kitchen Helpful staff
Disliked: Traffic noise due to location. Inconsiderate guests slamming doors
I booked a room with a private bathroom which was just outside of our room ( my mistake) when I mentioned it they very q
Liked: We loved the location, the staff were very friendly & approachable, nothing was too much
Disliked: Nothing
Very convenient and comfortable room
Liked: Directly opposite the railway station and easy access to the centre of Faro. Room in excellent condition. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower, but with the smallest wash-hand basin I have ever seen. Double fridge set up in the kitchen with each room allocated dedicated space - worked very well. Regular checks by the staff to see if you needed anything - room serviced.
Disliked: Traffic noise from the adjacent street - disappeared when the window was closed. There is good AC in the room for this circumstance.
Convenient, safe, and lovely terrace!
Liked: We had a highly positive experience overall. The property is conveniently located near the city centre and the main train and coach stations. Our room was comfortable, and while it didn't include a fridge, we had full access to one in the communal kitchen. The downstairs terrace is a lovely bonus. Although the property operates without on-site staff, security was never a concern. The host was exceptionally communicative via WhatsApp, providing all necessary details and assisting with every request.
Disliked: The only minor issue was that our bedroom door was a bit difficult to close properly from the inside and might need to be checked. On our last day, we also noticed the door was left slightly ajar after the room was cleaned, likely just a small oversight by the staff when tidying up.
Liked: Perfect location close to the city centre, bus station and other amenities.
