  Horrible

  Liked: The hostel was so dirty! Filled with bed bugs, our stuff got contaminated and people were bitten by these bugs. We told the stuff and they didn’t care and didn’t even respond to us when we spoke to them. It was a catastrophic, we ended up changing places at 4 am

  couldn't even use my bed, it actually wasn't a stay. payed to stay awake

  After finding all the bugs on me at 2:30am, i grabbed all my things and got out of the room as fast as possible, and wen

  Disliked: INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS AND OTHER INSECTS Only come here if you like super muggy and hot rooms and want to get eaten alive, I stayed for half the night until I woke up to bugs crawling all over me. The kitchen is full of ants and bed bugs as well I can confidently say a bench in the street is more sanitary than this place. I read the reviews after this happened and so many other people with the same story so they clearly do absolutely nothing about it. I requested a refund and they said they would give it to me but they haven’t done anything about it so I have to call booking to try and get my money back. waking up with THAT MANY bugs on me was traumatizing, i probably have 200 bites all over
