Exceptional
Wonderful stay in great location
Liked: The property is adjacent to the old town in a very safe area adjacent to the old town. It is within five to ten minutes walk to the ferry, bus station, train station and supermarket. it is very clean and very compact. It is very well kitted out with dishwasher and plenty of supplies, ware and utensils. Owner has a folder with loads of information about surrounding areas. The appartment is definetly compact however it has a lot of special touches

Paradise in the perfect Sunny Cottage
Liked: The Sunny Cottage was beautifully equipped and designed. Everything you needed, absolutely everything. Location perfect, terrace was massive and hosts were amazing. Great sound proofing within property for a peaceful nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen, lounge, bathroom and terrace. Air con was bliss. Highly recommend.

Liked: Very clean and well appointed with everything you could ever need including loads of toiletries. Good central location in Faro. Sun terrace was great with ample furniture. Overall a home from home.

Great facilities and great host
Liked: The location was great. Just a few blocks from Oakberry Acai and Chelsea Gelateria (the cinnamon my favorite) (can you tell we like ice cream?) and restaurants and shops of all kinds, even the Consulate of Denmark. A cafe two doors down. The Municipal Mercado within walking distance. The owner showed us two parking spots we could use with a parking card for the windshield for free parking on the street. The owner was amazing. He was ready to help us have a wonderful stay and has provided lots of the homey stuff to help make that possible. The toaster stopped working. We texted him. 10 minutes later he delivered a new working toaster! And the apartment has just about everything you need; 5 ways of making coffee + all the supplies, a sewing kit, TV with Netflix, every kind of kitchen utensil, washing machine, drying rack, outdoor chairs on a small patio. I couldn't get to the roof, but I understand it's quite nice.
Disliked: This is a get-out-and-go space! Make this your home base, and it will work well. Great for utility. Not made for lounging or comfort. This is right on a busy street. And it's under the Faro Airport flight path...one day out going flights, the following day landing flights, so you don't get both on one day.

Great place to book
Liked: Location was excellent, near the bars, restaurants and marina. Bus station was 10 mins walk. Everything you need is there, from toiletries to WiFi. There is a downstairs and upstairs outside space. The heating works really well and the shower was really good. Everything was spotless and I can’t think of anything I needed that wasn’t there. Host was really friendly and helpful. Also Paolo helped us with a rental car which was really useful.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything that could have been better. We had a lovely stay.
