Great place for the money. Would stay there again

Liked: Great hotel for the price. Nice rooms, good breakfast and wonderful staff. Both Ana and Joanna at the front desk were huge helps to us in assisting us in solving problems we had. Nothing bad, just things specific to our needs. The hotel is located walking distance from shops, restaurants and major attractions. They also have underground parking on site. The rooms are a bit dated and the water pressure in the shower was average which is the reason they only got 4 stars. But the staff makes up for it all.

Liked: We were not given the free bottle of wine and also not to mention when we got to the hotel there was a mix up in the reservation as it has 2 adults and 1 child and a baby once in the room there was not a roll out bed or even a cot for a child as it should of been 2 adults and a child I was told I should have booked the right room we were given a travel cot which my child could not fit inside
