Good
The pool area was great but cleanliness, maintenance & pest issues affected our stay
Liked: The pool area was great and being able to check in at 11am instead of the standard 4pm check-in was extremely helpful and made a significant difference to our stay. The property has potential but needs more attention and hands-on management.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we saw multiple rats around the property on different days and rat droppings both outside and inside the house, including under the kitchen sink. The furniture and appliances are old and some were not particularly clean or functional. The property's location is also not accurately shown on the map, which made it difficult to find, especially if relying on taxis. We also experienced an electrical issue and a power outage during our final night. We contacted management, but they only responded after we had already checked out and no solution was provided.
Liked: Amazing villa, great location, beautiful scenery and facilities. Perfect for our girls holiday, couldn't recommend the villa more.
