  Want to come back to Lagos

  Liked: Good location, 10 minutes on foot from the city center. 2 minutes drive to the beach. Nice and well-groomed area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  Relaxing with a friendly atmosphere

  Liked: This is our fourth visit to Apartamentos Marsol and it never disappoints. The Host Ana is always very welcoming and obliging. The pool is clean and well looked-after. The apartment is cleaned daily. The surrounding grounds are well-maintained. It is a 5-10 minute walk to a large supermarket where one can find everything needed for a self-catering holiday. The walk into town is about 10 minutes even for a couple of mid-seventy year olds like us! The town of Lagos is busy and there is plenty to see and lots of good-quality restaurants to suit every taste. The fish market is a place not to be missed with a restaurant upstairs with an open terrace which looks out over the river, perfect for a birds-eye view of the area. We flew into Faro Airport, and made our way to Faro train station and caught the train to Lagos which takes about an hour and a half then a short taxi ride to the accommodation. We are looking forward to our next visit.

  This is not a modern fancy accommodation, it is quite rustic but very nice, affordable and well run

  Liked: The manager was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating for every request (extra beach towel) and gave us excellent choices for evening meals. The small patio outside your accommodation is great for sitting and enjoying the early morning and evening hours. Great pool area to relax around

  Disliked: My only (small) gripe (and this is just my personal choice) is that the mattress was quite firm - other than that all was great.

Please note that the studios cannot accommodate a 3rd person, even if it is a baby or a child in existing beds. The extra beds of the 1 and 2-bedroom apartments are not removable. Beds are made in brickwork and cannot be put together.

The beds are masonry, therefore, not movable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
