Great location, spacious apartment, service is a bit lacking

Liked: The location is fantastic, and the apartment is nice and spacious. Everything is. within walking distance and we had a fairly easy time checking in and out.

Disliked: The only complaint is that even though I had made a booking for two people, there were only enough towels kept for one person. We called the reception repeatedly but they never sent us the towels we needed so we had to make do with what we had.

Bring your own shampoo.. fine for a budget stay

Liked: Pros: Great location, large space, clean, good water pressure, washer available, AC unit, quiet at night. Providing some shampoo and laundry detergent would make a big difference for guests. We had a good stay overall, and this place was available last minute but I wouldn’t book again.

Disliked: Cons: No shampoo or conditioner provided, no dish soap or laundry detergent provided, hard spring mattress, stains on the curtains and some blinds didn’t work, shower head didn’t work properly- only the handheld shower head.

  Disappointing. Wouldn’t stay here again!

  Liked: Great location

Disliked: Quick to advise us we needed to pay a €20 late fee for check in but when we had issues that needed resolved they were hard to contact. There were only 2 knives and 2 tea spoons for 3 people and no bin bags. No hairdryer. We had an issue with the shower which when I contacted them they said they knew about but didn’t advise us. The apartment is advertised as air conditioned but there is no air conditioning unit in the bedroom and the small one barely cools the lounge room/kitchen. We had 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 females for 4 nights so we had to buy more.

Liked: Wery good location, in the center of town, restaurants.

Disliked: Loud street at night, old and bad quality facilities. Room was poorly cleaned. Check in was organised in office where we where waiting in que for some 15-20min. Can't they organise this more modern?! Strange rules - you should take your garbage with you when checking out, or pay 20eur etc.

  Apartment was great size

Liked: Great large apartment very spacious

Disliked: Didn't like having to pick up the keys from another location, it was hard to find parking and not easy. Also trying to contact the company was very difficult they never responded to Whatsapp or email, also told me apartment was on the wrong floor and when we couldn't get in they were not answering any of the contact channels provided. Beds not that comfortable and during summer would be good to supply better fans especially in the bedrooms
