  Beautiful find in an ideal location

  Liked: This really is a charming villa. It is like staying at your grandmother's, if you had a Portuguese grandma. It is huge and perfect for families, with a 'kids room' with 3 beds and 2 additional bedrooms. It also has 3 full bathrooms including a tub, which is hard to find. The location is also amazing. In one direction it is a short walk from the beach and main strip of restaurants and shopping, while in the other you reach a path to climb to the top of the cliffs for a spectacular view. We didn't use our rental car once during our 3-night stay. There was nothing we needed that we couldn't walk to and the beach is beautiful. There is a housekeeper who cleans during the day. It does feel special to come back from the beach to a clean house with perfectly made beds!

  Disliked: The helpful guidebook to the property could be improved by being streamlined and updated.

  Wonderful and relaxing!

  Liked: Great location and lovely place

  Disliked: Felt very old, while lovely in need of some modernisation and declutter. Alarm kept on going off in the property every other day. It very much felt like being in someone’s home rather than a holiday rental

  Beautiful Family villa

  Liked: Fantastic location 3 mins walk to the beach and lovely restaurants. Set in beautiful tropical gardens with a private heated pool Plenty of space for the whole family Well stocked kitchen to prepare meals.

  Disliked: Some more comfortable seating in the lounge would be good. But we were outside most of the time enjoying the beautiful gardens

  The most stunning villa in a perfect location

  Liked: This villa is just so beautiful! Traditional yet cosy, lots of space, comfy beds and beautiful gardens! It’s like an oasis and really has the wow factor. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen items, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and beach towels, and streaming TV. Amelia the lovely housekeeper helps keep the place spotless…I always tell my kids there’s no magic fairy who empties the dishwasher but during this holiday there actually was! The house is a 3 minute walk to the beach and the beach front walk where all the restaurants start. Luz is a pretty town and we absolutely loved our time here.

  Disliked: The roads in Luz are quite narrow with people double parked in busy months so driving to the villa and figuring out the one way roads was interesting when we first arrived!

  Liked: Perfect. Ideally situated for the beach and also the wonderful resort of Luz and its selection of shops, bars and restaurants,all within a few minutes walk.Private parking very useful in the height of summer. The property is secluded and spacious with a garden, barbecue area and private heated swimming pool. The very friendly and helpful Amelia pops in weekday mornings to ensure the villa is spotless and everything is good.It was exactly as we had hoped and we had a fabulous,relaxing break in the Algarve. I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anybody.We hope very much to return.
