Liked: José and Sonía were so helpful and friendly! They gave us wonderful suggestions and ideas, and helped us to book a great boat trip. The accommodation was comfortable,. spotlessly clean, and in a great location - not too noisy outside by very close to restaurants, bars, transport and the beach. What a perfect place to stay in Lagos!

Disliked: I missed having a window, as the only window is in the door so had to be closed at night.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Lagos

Liked: We really enjoyed our time at Chez Downtown, we were made to feel very welcome by Jose and Sonia. We were updated with things to do every day and recommended places to visit! We loved the room. Very clean and comfortable. Had all the facilities needed and the location is absolutely perfect to explore Lagos. I highly recommend anyone to stay here if you are thinking of staying in Lagos.

Disliked: We did find noise a problem on a couple of the nights we stayed with loud drunk people walking past at 1:30AM in the morning shouting which woke us up and kept us awake for an hour. Not really something in Jose and Sonia's control but something to maybe bear in mind.
