Liked: If you expect glamourous 4star hotel you might be disappointed but if not, it’s all good. My room was spacious, clean, bed comfortable, shower was good, balcony facing the yard, no kettle and cups like usually, maybe they provide it by request I stayed only one night so didn’t ask. Location is great, Bruno at reception was friendly and helpful.

Liked: Good location, good staff, peaceful environment and parking.

Disliked: They wrote a different adress on the booking, we endef up hoing to the wrong location initially. Only got one key for 2 of us, which was inconvenient.

Great staff, OK location, Some safety issues but overall a good 3 nights stay

Liked: Breakfast was good & opened on time. The range of food was better that I expected, but the scrambled egg & beans were cold. The coffee could have been of a better quality. The reception staff were very good & helped me with all sorts of things. A kettle in the room would be good, the size of the fridge was great. The air conditioning worked well & was quiet.

Disliked: The toilets downstairs did not have any toilet paper in. The lock to our door sometimes needed more than a turn of the key to get it open. NONE of the lights to go to the rooms above reception operated which almost lead to a fall down the stairs. This is a health & safety issue, but I suppose in Portugal this does not matter. The parking could have been better laid out & to charge extra for this is disgraceful. Would stay again but these issues need urgent attention.
