Great location, but the lack of Wi-Fi, outside noise, and unprepared beds made the stay disappointing

Liked: The location was very good and convenient.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations. There was no Wi-Fi available, even though it was mentioned when we booked the property. There was also a lot of noise coming from outside during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The biggest issue was that the beds were not properly prepared when we arrived. I believe the property should check that everything is ready and in good condition before guests arrive.
