  Good place to stay in Lagos

  Liked: Clean and comfortable guesthouse in the center of Lagos. I liked the comfortable bed, pillows, and high ceiling of the room. The guesthouse also had common areas where one can cook/prepare food and eat, wash & hang laundry, watch TV. They also provide beach towels if you have not brought any. I could sleep through the music from the bar downstairs so it wasn't an issue for me. Although some guests could be bothered by loud conversations from the street below. Earplugs are recommended if this is an issue.

  Liked: Perfect cosy guesthouse with a very laid-back atmosphere which offers everything you need for your stay. The people running it are very nice and helpful.

  A good stopping-over place for my first night in town before moving on

  Liked: Very clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful even when they were not on-site. The location is fairly convenient to the middle of the town.

  Disliked: Room was right over a club, so music was playing till late at night, and the town overall has a lot of partiers. Door was difficult to latch, as I would step out to the washroom and find that it opened on its own.

  Liked: Location was ok

  Disliked: Mold on the walls, paint coming off the ceiling, no soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms.

  It was okay to sleep it’s like Airbnb though

  Liked: Maybe location and the owner was nice

  Disliked: Abit run down to be honest and some mould in some places in the room… it would be nice to renovate the place for the money we pay
