  Great stay with a very helpful host

  Liked: The host welcomed us in person, handed over the key, and clearly explained everything about the apartment. He also shared useful restaurant recommendations, ideas for trips, and tips on transport, which made our stay even smoother. The apartment was comfortable for two people, and the ceiling fan was a big help in managing the heat. Whenever we had questions, the host was available on WhatsApp and responded quickly. The location was excellent—close to the central bus station, the marina, and the city center, all within walking distance. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay.

  Absolutely perfect apartment!

  Liked: Absolutely perfect apartment! One of the best places we have stayed in Portugal. The bed was extremely comfortable with a wonderful mattress — we slept amazingly well every night. The view is simply stunning: overlooking the marina and the yachts, especially beautiful in the morning and at sunset. Everything in the apartment felt fresh, spotless, and very well thought out. You can see that every detail has been carefully considered for guests’ comfort. It truly has everything a tourist might need. The hosts are wonderful, kind, and incredibly responsive people. They surprised us with some lovely bonuses, were very attentive, always quick to reply, and ready to help at any time. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this place — it is truly one of the best accommodations we have experienced in Portugal. We would definitely love to come back!

  Disliked: We like everything, even we were in January with a lot of rain. Location, coziness, view in big windows and glass of green wine help a lot in raining days.

  Our stay was ruined because the property in my opinion was misrepresented, as it did not have the facilities that were l

  Liked: It was clean and tidy and had a good frontal view.

  Disliked: It was advertised with a balcony and outdoor furniture which is a must for us on holiday. The property had neither of these facilities.and this badly affected our whole experience. Apart from that none of the seating was comfortable. The kitchen and seating area were enclosed by approximately 40 feet of glazing. There were no shutters, blinds or curtains and with the sun beating in all day the property became an absolute sweat box as there was no air conditioning. Sleeping at night was virtually impossible.

  Relaxing and enjoyable

  Liked: We got there to early luckily the cleaners were there and we wait till they finished and they gave us the keys; and they let us start our holiday, so don’t really know how we would have got the keys

  Disliked: We were very pleased with the apartment, couch could do with upgrading, but we were happy with everything else, I read about no blinds or curtains so you could not watch the tv till dark I thought was not going to be right but it was

  Liked: Great view, no direct sunshine keeps temperature down. Fridge works OK. Bunk beds for kids if you have any. Washing machine and drying rack ensuite. Windows, garburator, front door lock, all didn’t work. Host did not respond when notified. The bathroom really stinks and is used to store mops, buckets, etc. Garbage disposal is a pile of trash bags behind the building. Living room bench seats look OK but are unusable.
