  overall good value!

Liked: I stayed for a week and was pleased with the apartment. Mariana was responsive and helpful, she brought me another cooking pan because the one in the apartment was damaged. The place was very clean and there were enough towels etc. Great bed!

Disliked: The acoustic insulation is pretty bad. I had the misfortune of having Dutch peple as neighbors nextdoors, plus they had a baby with them so sleeping without ear plugs was not an option. The power went down a couple of times, when using too many electric devices but also sometimes without an apparent reason. The water from the shower went from hot to warm after a few minutes, filling the bath with hot water isn't really possible. Although there were enough basics (some coffee and such), some olive oil to cook with would have been nice. The apartment is a little ways out of the center but the good thing about that is that the environment is pretty calm.
