  Wouldn’t stay again

  Liked: Tue location is very central and easy to get everywhere.

  Disliked: It’s not that nice and clean as it is in the pictures. The walls are very thin so even from other rooms you could hear everything.

  Liked: My whole stay was wonderful, everything clean, comfortable rooms, good location and the staff always very friendly

  Disliked: Very disappointing experience. During our first 3-night stay, there was no Wi-Fi at all, and the room was in poor condition compared to the booking photos. The bed was unstable and squeaked loudly, and even the floor made a lot of noise. Despite contacting the property twice and trying several times through Booking.com, our complaints were ignored and the Wi-Fi issue was never resolved. During our second stay, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and several pieces of furniture shown in the booking photos were missing. The room still did not meet our expectations. The property does not respond properly to complaints or take responsibility for the problems. Overall, a stressful and disappointing experience. Not recommended, and we will not return.

  Liked: I really enjoyed the daily housekeeping and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the AC in my room.

  Disliked: The bathroom facilities were poor. One of the showers had water pooling while using it so I was standing in 5 cm of water meanwhile the shower head was spraying water onto the ceiling which would drop down on my head.
