Fabulous
Easy, well located and friendly
Liked: Location, staff and accommodations.
Disliked: We knew about the tram noise just outside the window but that was not a big problem for us.
Loved our stay
Liked: The location was perfect for walking around and seeing all the historic sights. Lots of fabulous coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Large room with a very comfortable king-sized bed (what we booked). Friendly, helpful staff. Great private airport transport at 2:30 am. We will be back!
Disliked: The front room is a bit noisy when the tram went by but we were aware of that - from the website and the staff informed us at check-in. The tram did not bother us.
A great location
Liked: Location great! In the middle of old Alfama area. Clean and comfortable. Basic facilities. Was placed in a garden view room when didn’t book it which helped us to sleep at night as the front has the noise of the tram. Staff lovely.
Disliked: Bed a little too hard for us
Excellent!!!!
Liked: We arrived and greeted by a very nice young man who immediately checked us in and then helped us take both of our luggage to our room. The location was excellent. We enjoyed seeing the tram go by right next to our window. Once you closed the window and curtains it was quiet. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the suggestions by the staff.
Disliked: Everything was great.
Liked: Comfortable, quiet location and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Disliked: Heavy exterior door for seniors to open.
wonderful place to stay!
Liked: Fabulous location on the historic tram line in such a wonderful old neighbourhood. And the concierge at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The rooms were much bigger than we'd expected- each of us had our own bathroom. What a luxury!!! And it was bright and clean and quiet despite the bustling neighbourhood.
