Fabulous
A wonderful first visit to Lisbon. We would definitely book to stay here again
Liked: The property is in a great location with everything we wanted to do in walking g distance. The property was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The check in was really easy and being able to leave our bags after check out was a bonus. Staff were friendly and gave us all the information we needed.
Disliked: One of the beds was VERY creaky and woke us up when we moved. The springs or frame sounded broken.

Liked: Great stay in a perfect location! We had a wonderful stay at Alma Moura Residences. Everything was just as expected. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location in Alfama is excellent and a perfect starting point for exploring Lisbon. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

While the house and host were wonderful, the bathroom doors not closing was a major issue for our family's privacy
Liked: The house is wonderful, very comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was impeccable—extremely polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring great communication from start to finish.
Disliked: The doors to both bathrooms simply do not shut or lock. Since we were traveling as a family, the complete lack of privacy caused constant discomfort and disrupted our daily routine. This is a serious issue that requires urgent repair, as it significantly impacts the guest experience.
