  Excellent Stay

  Liked: Location in Chiado was great without a car. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The AC worked well as it was hot when we were there. We found it quite quiet, as the windows were newer and well insulated.

  Good location, good amenities, helpful staff until final day and issues with bedbugs

  Liked: The apartment had everything that we needed. The location was good although parking in the area is very expensive! The staff were also helpful and communicative until I raised an issue when leaving

  Disliked: The only issue was bedbugs that bit my mother. I told the staff when leaving and they said they would have to investigate with pest control ahead of issuing any compensation due to bed bugs.I chased for an update but have been left on read

  Lovely stay in a great city

  Disliked: Concerned for guests that arrive after 6pm as cannot get into building or get code to their room. Unable to contact a staff member after hours.
