A wonderful stay in the center of Lisbon with friendly staff, thoughtful details, daily housekeeping
Liked: This hotel honestly exceeded our expectations. I was a little worried that the room might feel too small, but for two people it was actually very comfortable. We also had a surprisingly spacious bathroom, with enough room to move around and keep our toiletries and personal things, which made the stay much more convenient. The room had a fridge, kettle, tea, and daily housekeeping, which added a lot of comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every morning they gave us recommendations on where to go that day, what interesting events were happening, and provided maps and useful tips. It really made our stay feel more personal. Coffee was also available at reception in the morning, and at the end of our stay we received a very sweet handwritten note, which was a lovely touch and really made us smile. The location is also excellent. The hotel is in the city center, close to public transport, including tram 28 and the metro. Many central areas, viewpoints, and the waterfront are also within walking distance.
Disliked: Honestly, we did not have any significant complaints. Everything was comfortable and well organized, and the hotel offered much more than we expected for the price.

Liked: The location was fantastic- walking distance to all old-town locations and items, but also in a quiet portion so there was 0 sleep interruption. The team was also extremely welcoming and helpful. They were excited to hear our plans for the day and offered great advice- from walking routes that are most direct, to travel advice with our day trips to Sintra and Evora. The beds and living quarters were extremely clean and well kept. I would stay again, and suggest this to friends and family!
