Exceptional
Wonderful city stay
Liked: The location, right next to the river and the center of Lisbon is brilliant! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Anna and Antonio Dinis. There is a paid public underground parking less than 50 meters from the hotel entrance, with charging facilities for EVs. The breakfast was fantastic with an incredible selection of fruits and juices.
Disliked: It is a bit tricky to drive to the hotel.

Liked: Helpful and friendly staff. I lost my wallet at a tourist site and another guest returned it to the hotel and the reception staff immediately called me to tell me it was safe with them.
A beautiful base for our visit to Lisbon
Liked: The Aurea Museum Hotel is a lovely, luxurious hotel on the Tagus River. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and confortable and they had a wonderful breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Nothing. It was terrific.
Exceeded expectations
Liked: Perfect place to explore Alfama easy walk to the train station and loads of great restaurants Lovely friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Great view of the cruise ships in dock from our terrace. Comfy beds.
