Very good
The property was as described, pretty basic but clean and was what we expected. The best part of staying here was the st
Liked: It was as described. The best attribute was the staff, possibly the friendliest and most helpful staff we have encountered and we travel a lot! Please pass on our gratitude.
Disliked: Only 1 small elevator and breakfast was confusing. Everyone and anyone was at the buffet, whether they’d paid or not.
Disliked: Atendimento do pessoal
We coming back
Liked: We got the requested room with a balcony. In addition, it is very helpful to have a secure car park.
Disliked: A suggestion - to provide bigger mugs in the rooms.
I had a great stay
Liked: I had a spectacluar view to the airport, cleaniness of the room
Disliked: Parking space
Liked: Close to buses into the oriente station and the city centre.
Disliked: I wasn't told if I didn't pay for breakfast on check-in the price would jump from €10 to €12:50. I stayed 3 nights and was very disappointed in that.
This is a basic option for somewhere close to the airport. Cleanliness standards are quite low
Liked: I appreciated how close it was to the airport. The coffee and tea available at any time was appreciated.
Disliked: The bed was not clean - when I pulled back the sheets there were hairs in the bed which made me question whether the sheets were actually washed or the bed was just remade from the last person.
