Exceptional
A fun overnight stay in lovely Lisbon
Liked: Liked the room, the comfortable bed and a great shower. We only stayed one night and we thought the hotel was lovely. And it was. Located in a walkable fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants and activity. What stood out for us was the wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived weary from many hours of travel, we were greeted by staff who offered us a glass of port and a delicious pastry. When we wanted to explore a bit in the morning, we engaged with more wonderful staff ( talking about you, Ricardo) whose warmth, helpfulness and humor made us want to return to Lisbon for more of that.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Location, breakfast, welcome port & pastries, helpful staff
Disliked: Air Conditioning controls and a bit tight on space
Liked: Location was super! Room was nice and clean.
Disliked: Very small lobby. Check in process took awhile
Liked: Great location for sightseeing, shopping, eating, many places at a walkable distance. Good quality and variety of breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Kind staff.
Disliked: Street can be loud late into the night, especially when there are protests in the city. The air conditioning is very loud and you can't turn it off. Don't recommend if you're a light sleeper. Bed was way too soft for our comfort.
Liked: Location was excellent. Double glazing kept the very noisy road out. Breakfast was very good. Staff were lovely.
Liked: Location was great just a short walk from drop off, staff were friendly and welcoming, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms are small
