Liked: The Location
Disliked: The small shower
Dirty studio, don’t recommend
Liked: The self-check in was fluid, The host was polite when I told him about the issues, but I had to insist to get them fixed. I was able to have a clean pillow and refund for the cleaning fee and products I bought on day 4. Location is good.
Disliked: When addressing the many issues of the place with the host, they told me they had no plan to invest, even minimally, in upgrading/fixing the place. They were very adamant about adressing the issues in private as well. The studio was very dirty, I had to buy products and clean it myself the first day. The walls were stained. It was barely equipped, furniture and equipement were broken. There was black mold in a few places. The shower head was broken, even after insisting for days I couldnt get the host to fix it. The pillows stank and were dirty. Honestly, the whole thing feels off.

It was very well situated and I enjoyed my stay - thank you
Liked: It was very well situated, steps a little steep with luggage but perfect place for taking on own guided walk around Belem and make small snacks or heat up food.
Disliked: Pillows were a little lumpy and bed dipped on one side. For me I just moved around to get comfortable so not a deal breaker but could be improved.

Liked: Easy contact with the host (via Booking/sms). Great location of the apartment – very close to the tram stop, a cafe serving the tastiest and freshest pasteis de nata, and a cafe where you can have a delicious breakfast and enjoy great coffee (Cafe Miolo).
Disliked: The photos of the apartment on the Booking platform differ from reality. The apartment had a dirty floor (greasy stains), dirty armchairs, and the shower in the bathroom was also dirty (stains from limescale and mold). It was noisy at night – there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building, where loud music is played until late. It would be a very pleasant place if it were properly cleaned and the walls were repainted with a low financial investment.
