Exceptional
I would highly recommend and return to this hotel
Liked: Excellent central location. The room was updated and the bathroom, especially was extra large and also updated. Very good forceful water pressure. The breakfast was not as expansive as some other European breakfasts, but certainly enough to start the day. Very close to everything, including a wonderful laneway for restaurants at night.
Disliked: We were warned that the area could get a little unsafe after dark, but the entrance to the hotel was in a wide open space and we never felt threatened.
Attractive central hotel near good transport connections in beautiful Lisbon
Liked: Really big room with sitting area. Juliette balcony with view to front.
Disliked: Breakfast was very good but breakfast area not large. Even if you book your preferred time be early as there may be a short wait.

Liked: Location was excellent. Breakfast was great and room was modern and clean.
Disliked: The room was terribly warm with zero air flow unless you opened the window but it was too loud and unsafe outside to do so. There was no screen and a lot of seagulls on the sill. Also a lot of what appear do be unhoused people around the building yelling through the night. I asked every day for 4 days for help with the air flow. I tried everything to lower the thermostat but nothing. Every day someone told me they would adjust the temp or ensure it was on. It never was fixed. There also wasn’t a single sheet on the bed so it was either duvet or no duvet. On the last day, someone finally said there was no air unless you wanted heat due to the season. She at least brought me a fan which made the past night better.

Disliked: Rooms are a bit small, but it’s not a big deal if you plan to expend the most of your time outside doing tourism

Liked: Convenient, clean, well maintained, and excellent location. Very good breakfast. Good security measures.
Disliked: Outside the hotel it was quite noisy at night as immigrants gather there. But we know the hotel have no control over the sitution. The hotel has good security measures in place and we felt safe.
