We enjoyed our stay so much we are going to stay
Liked: The breakfast was good. The people in the hotel were all very nice and helpful. The location is perfect.
An enjoyable hotel with a true Portugal feel
Liked: The staff and managers at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure we and our visitors were taken care of. Also, the freshly made breakfast and comfortable dining area were great. We will stay there again when were are in Lisbon. This hotel is located in a very walkable and safe area, near restaurants, shops, transportation, and community gathering areas. We loved that!
Disliked: There is no elevator, which posed a challenge walking up several flights of stairs for our family members traveling with us. It may also be a problem for a family with small children. But it was no problem for my wife and me.

Liked: A terrific location within walking range to most of the key sites — but get in shape before you experience the hills of Lisbon!
Disliked: Our room was on the top floor — with many steps and no elevator.

Liked: Hotel had a lot of character and service was excellent.
Disliked: Although we were aware that there was no elevator, being on the last floor was tougher than expected. Especially when carrying the suitcases. The staff offered to help though.
