Liked: Lovely apartment in the heart of Chiado! Perfect location — everything in Lisbon is within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and bright, with a beautiful view over the city. Check-in was easy and communication was great throughout our stay. We had a wonderful two nights and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location, good apartment but beware of loft space
Liked: Great location, friendly staff, accessible by car, lots of space and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Air-conditioned.
Disliked: There are two bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. The third “bedroom” is a loft space with no doors, minimal privacy, and dangerous stairs to climb to get to it. Hard to take luggage up those stairs. There’s no AC in the loft space and it gets very hot up there (we were there in mid October and it was still hot). The fan provided doesn’t help. The third bathroom was very tight with bad lighting and a dirty, torn shower curtain. The slanted ceilings cause you to hit your head when you get off the toilet. There was no shampoo or conditioner or body wash provided in any of the bathrooms. Breakfast was just ok. No breakfast meats provided.
