Good value for money, but with small adjustments could be even better

Liked: It is very well located in Belem, at walking distance from the ocean and the apartment has a good size living room and kitchen, even a small terrace.

Disliked: They pay not much attention to details. The kitchen could have more things, e.g. salt, some dishwasher tabs, more utensils. The bathrooms don’t smell too good, cause they don’t have windows. The apartment looks a bit worn down.
