Exceptional
Relaxed and met expectations
Liked: The breakfast options were really good with great staff. The room was a good size, with a great view and housekeeping and reception were excellent in dealing with requests. And the Sky Lounge was a quiet retreat when needed.
Disliked: Nothing really.
We ate a lot and enjoyed the trip

Liked: The suite room was really nice and up to standard
Disliked: I’ve also stayed at your hotel in London and everything has always been great. But to come to Lisbon the hotel to be fully booked and you have two restaurants closed so we couldn’t eat dinner was absolutely terrible. The assistance with it was shocking and we had to eat in a restaurant that wasn’t great at all because the whole city was fully booked due to the gambling summit

Liked: I loved the room, the hotel, the breakfast, the location and the house keeping plus the helpful staff.
Disliked: I didn't like the lift it can be tricky and you might wait long. I also didn't like the coffee they give you in their breakfast and when I asked a latte it took them so long to bring it for me & they brought it in a water drinking jug. Which was weird. Please improve your coffee
Liked: It meets the standards of a five star hotel. Smelling very. Room very tidy. The day of arrival staff was just waiting and the reception was very good. Very cheerful staff. Ready to help.
