Totally amazing location, service and extras!
Liked: Amazing location, fantastic rooms, excellent service. Shout out to Nune for the walking tours and port tasting and being so kind to us and my nephew and girlfriend from Scotland - Marie for the gin tasting and the kind concierge and bell desk - truly amazing!

Hotel is a gem
Liked: Location was excellent. Short walk to waterfront, Rossio Square, Arch and Lisboa sign, Sao Jorge Castle and other sights. Staff were welcoming, hospitable, and super friendly. Morning 10:30am walking tours by hotel manager Nuno were a nice bonus.

Best honeymoon ever
Liked: This was our honeymoon, and we had the best time. From the moment we stepped in, we felt like royalty. The service was exceptional, and the attention to detail is impeccable. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the minibar was frequently topped up. There were snacks and treats everywhere around the hotel. We enjoyed the ice cream, sweets, and cookies in the foyer. We loved the activities the hotel provides, including the walking tour,l (including the historic wall in the basement), smoked ham tasting, gin tasting, and the spa. Ana, the concierge, was brilliant at helping us navigate the city and had excellent recommendations. She is passionate about the city, and it shows. The location was brilliant. Close to the river and lots of places to see and eat. The tram stop to Belem is right outside the hotel.
