Liked: The hotel is well located in one of the best and area of Lisboa, in a small and beautiful square. The building is very well maintained, clean and very warm atmosphere. The king size bed we had was very comfortable, the bathroom renovated. Excellent breakfast. Catarina took very good care of us and assisted us in restaurants choices and booking. She followed up and kept contact with WhatsApp. She made js feel at home. Thank you very much Catarina!

Liked: Beautiful rooms with great ceilings and historical details. The staff are incredibly friendly and the breakfast is delicious, as is the welcome port!
Disliked: The plumbing is in a historic building, so is, of course, loud. Not a concern for us, but something to note. No elevator, but staff is more than happy to help carry up heavy luggage. No outside food or drink is allowed, which is weird.
Liked: Dear Lisbon-Bordalo Palace is a beautiful property in an excellent location of Lisbon. The room was spacious, quiet and clean but close to all the action that Lisbon has to offer. They also serve a delicious breakfast! When it comes to hospitality, they truly shine. I’d like to thank Catarina, who went out of her way to make our stay special and the entire staff that make sure our needs were taken care of. If we return to Lisbon I’d definitely stay there again.
